a gem in the neighborhood
ample space cozy atmosphere breakfast spread park location
the room had ample space. breakfast was a highlight, i found a thoughtfully designed spread and the fires were always lit. the staff addressed a minor issue with genuine care, noting a loose drawer front for repair. the location next to the park made morning strolls quite easy.
During my stay the room above did get quite noisy early in the morning. It did disrupt sleep.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. they handled requests promptly and provided useful information. This. i found their cheerful and helpful approach really stood out.

The one-bedroom suite featured modern interiors. It had cozy elements . new duvets and linens were included along with very comfortable beds. the suite also contained a bathtub and a separate shower.

the location is very close to bus routes, i was able to get into the city quickly. clissold park is next door. this area is quiet with local shops nearby.

breakfast is included and it had good variety. i noted a fireplace where you could have breakfast. the pub downstairs is bustling with a good selection of beers. the food served there seemed very good, too!

the room had ample storage space the continental breakfast was delicious i enjoyed sitting by the fire in the morning on this visit the beds were really comfortable

my room was beautifully maintained with ample storage space. i also appreciated the thoughtfully designed breakfast. every staff member was cheerful and helpful .
i found one very slight issue. they could offer some plant-based butter for dairy-free guests. it's not hard to keep some in the fridge.

Room service was not good. It was slow, and the server was forgetful, failing to bring the water I requested. The towels in the bathroom felt old and rough. They should replace those old bathroom towels.

loud noise missing butter
The accommodation was okay, but room 6 was TOO noisy. Pub noise continued until 1am. Staff moved furniture loudly at 5.30am (presumably mopping floors). Plant-based butter should be available (it is not hard to keep a tub in the fridge).
